RMS Cloud partnered with Adyen to launch RMS Pay, an embedded payments solution designed to simplify operations, reduce fraud, and improve guest experiences across more than 7,000 hospitality properties globally.

The brief was to create a case study film that clearly articulated the value of this partnership — not just from a technology perspective, but through real business outcomes for RMS Cloud and its customers. The content needed to work across multiple channels, including paid, organic, and sales environments, with a strong requirement for sound-off viewing, ensuring the narrative was clear and engaging even without audio.

I led the creative direction and visual approach for the case study, shaping a clear, human-centred narrative that balanced complex payment technology with tangible business impact.

The solution centred on a text-driven storytelling framework, designed specifically for sound-off environments. On-screen messaging guided the viewer through the story, reinforcing key benefits while interview content added credibility and depth. This approach ensured the film remained effective across social platforms, internal presentations, and sales contexts.

The final deliverable showcased how RMS Pay, powered by Adyen, enables unified commerce, operational efficiency, and measurable revenue protection. Key outcomes highlighted within the work included reduced chargebacks of up to 93%, significant time savings through automated reconciliation, and improved guest experiences such as contactless check-ins and pay-by-link functionality.

The project successfully positioned RMS Cloud and Adyen as leaders in embedded payments within hospitality, while delivering a versatile, high-performing creative asset that could scale across markets and use cases.
